The international shipping cost depends either on the price or the total weight of your shopping cart, and the country of destination of your order.

Concerning the neighboring country of France or economically closest we have implemented several simple and advantageous standard shipping packages functions of your order :

These packages are valid for the following countries : Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Spain, Italy, UK, Switzerland, Austria, Portugal, Ireland, Poland, Czech Republic, Denmark, Slovakia, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Hungary, Slovenia.

• Orders with a total weight not exceeding 10 kg will have a shipping flat-rate increase of 9,90€

• Orders with a total weight not exceeding 15 kg will have a shipping flat-rate increase of 14,90€

• Orders with a total weight not exceeding 30 kg will have a shipping flat-rate increase of 19,90€

• FREE SHIPPING : For all orders shipped to a border country of France for a total greater than 199€, the shipping costs you will be offered.

Concerning the other European countries and export countries in the world, we charge per kilo exempt from tax according to the following rate schedule :

Zone 5: Greece, Iceland, Finland, Norway, Sweden, Croatia, Romania :

• Standard French Post Colissimo delivery

This delivery method allows you to receive your package with an indicative time from 3 working days following the country of destination grace to the French Post Office network and their Colissimo with tracking service. Our sales department will contact you by email the day where your order is shipped your Colissimo tracking number and your tracking link allowing you to track your package on the site of the French Post on www.colissimo.fr. The costs for this option depends of the selected articles.

• Delivery in Colissimo relay points

This delivery method allows you to receive your package at a collection point within 3 working days thanks to the Post Office network and the Colissimo service. When choosing a carrier from the order page, choose your nearest relay point to your home or work, and have it delivered anywhere in Europe either to one of the post offices among 10,000 pick-up points, or to one of the pickup relays or Pickup Station instructions among 8,000 pick-up points. Our sales department will send you by email the day your order is shipped your Colissimo tracking number which will allow you to track your package online on the post office website at www.colissimo.fr. The Post Office will then inform you by SMS and email as soon as your package has arrived and been made available at the chosen collection point. The costs incurred for this option depend on the item(s) selected.

• Express delivery by DHL Express

This delivery method allows you to receive your package within 24 hours maximum thanks to DHL Express. Our sales department will send you by email the day your order is shipped your DHL tracking number which will allow you to track your package on the DHL website at www.dhl.com. The costs incurred for this option depend on the product(s) selected.

Please note that the express delivery time is after shipment, and does not include the availability time of any goods that may not be indicated in stock when ordering.

Please also note that we cannot be held responsible for any delay during delivery via the DHL network, out of our control, Do not hesitate however to inform us immediately if you encounter a real reason for delay on the part of the carrier, we will study to refund you the amount of the express delivery costs that would have been charged to you.

This delivery method allows you to receive your package within 48 hours maximum thanks to Chronopost.
