Return and refund :

For each order placed on Global-Audio-Store you have a withdrawal period of 30 days.

You can order peacefully and be reassured if you make a mistake in your choice, you have 30 days to change your mind from the date of receipt and return your item for refund, regardless of the reason.

Please note that this warranty does not apply to custom-made products available only on preorder. It also does not apply to special offers, items ordered specifically outside our catalog, software / videos whose blister has been opened and for any product that can not be resold for hygienic reasons.

In the case of a withdrawal request for no satisfaction, the return costs are borne by the customer.

We invite you to formulate your return request to receive the detailed procedure. You can use the return form in your customer account directly in your order or contact our customer service by email at : contact@global-audio-store.fr

You have therefore a period of 30 calendar days to return products that do not suit you, this period runs from the day of receipt of the product.

The or those products must be returned in their original condition and packaging, and the original packaging must be in good condition, we recommend you to use the initial protection. If the product has been used or if it shows signs of deterioration, the refund will be reduced by a wear compensation depending on the deterioration found at the return, the product is then considered used.

Your refund will be made via the initial payment method within a maximum of 14 working days after receipt of your return package, the time for logistics and accounting processing, and the necessary checks.
