The fact of placing an order on our website implies for the customer the full and unreserved acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale. These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the relationship between GLOBAL AUDIO STORE and the customer. The customer acknowledges having read, prior to placing the order, all the information constituting the General Terms and Conditions of Sale and the extent of the provisions hereof.

Article 3: Prices

The selling prices indicated on our website are in euros and all taxes included but excluding delivery costs. Any delivery costs are indicated to the user as and when he/she selects products and are invoiced to him/her at the end of the order in addition to the price of the selected products.
You will notice that the prices appear by default in euros.
We reserve the right to modify our prices at any time but we undertake to apply the rates in force which will have been indicated to you on our website at the time of your order.

Please note, however, that in the case of a pre-order placed on an article not available in stock at the time of the order and whose public price of the brand or our supplier would have increased in the meantime, in the case where our commercial margin would not allow us to take in our load this tariff increase we will see ourselves in the legal obligation to have to cancel the order and to proceed to its complete refunding, or to propose to you with your consent a complement of payment relating to the new price list in force in order to preserve the reservation of the stock of the pre-order initially established.

During the year we offer promotional periods during which discounts can be applied directly in your shopping cart, these advantages can give you a price discount applicable immediately during the period indicated. Please note, however, that in any case any promotion or discount voucher cannot be combined with any other ongoing promotion.

Article 4: Products

Our offers are valid within the limits of available stocks. All our products stored in our warehouse are shipped within 24/48 hours. For products not stored in our warehouses, our offers are valid subject to availability from our suppliers. In the event of unavailability of products not in stock after placing your order, we will notify you by email or telephone as soon as we receive the information transmitted by the suppliers. Unless you require an alternative solution for equivalent equipment, your unavailable order will be automatically cancelled and you will be refunded immediately if your bank account has been debited. All elements such as photographs, graphics, descriptions and technical data sheets come from documents prepared by the manufacturers, distributed under their control and with their agreement. The products sold on our site comply with the legislation and standards applicable in France. For the purchases of products being exported, you must check the specificity of the legislations in force in the country concerned (taxes, declarations, prohibitions, etc...) Our responsibility cannot be engaged in case of non-compliance with the legislation of the country where the product is delivered, it is your responsibility to check with the local authorities the possibilities of importation.

Article 5: Order

Verify the conformity of the information you provide us when ordering, especially regarding the delivery address. We cannot be held responsible for any input errors and the consequences thereof (for example, delays or delivery errors). In this context, the costs incurred for the reshipment of the order would be at your expense.

Article 6: Payment

Our online store offers you various payment methods that we have carefully selected and optimized to ensure a safe and optimal shopping experience :

Our website allows you to pay your order directly online with MasterCard, EuroCard, CB and VISA credit cards by entering the 16 numbers of your card, its expiry date and its visual cryptogram.

To pay by credit card, simply select "Payment by credit card" in our order form.

You will then be redirected to the Paybox e-Transactions payment module of Crédit Agricole bank. Your information is securely encrypted via PayPal using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL).

Only bank cards bearing the acronym CB, VISA, EUROCARD or MASTERCARD issued in France or within the framework of international networks approved by GIE Cartes Bancaires, are accepted.

The payment module uses the 3D Secure Protection System, deployed under the trade names Verified By Visa and MasterCard SecureCode.
The 3D Secure sends the buyer a unique PIN transmitted by SMS or email when validating the payment to ensure that the buyer is the card holder.

Paypal :

Our site allows you to pay your order directly online through Paypal, you can make your payment using your Paypal account if you have one, by credit card by Paypal, or by creating a new Paypal account if you are new user.

To pay by Paypal, simply select "Payment by Paypal" in our order form.

On the Paypal payment form, you will then enter your login to log in to your Paypal account or click "Continue" if you do not have a Paypal account to pay your order with your credit card.

Your information is securely encrypted via PayPal using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL).

Bank transfer :

To pay for your purchases by bank transfer, simply select "Payment by Bank Transfer" in our order form.

Our bank details will then be sent to you, a copy will also be sent with the order confirmation email.

Then you will have to send us your transfer within 7 days accompanied by your order number allowing us to identify it.

With this payment method your order will be put on hold and will be processed on receipt of payment on our bank account.

Standard French Post Colissimo delivery :

This delivery method allows you to receive your package with an indicative time from 3 days following the country of destination grace to the French Post Office and their Colissimo with tracking service. Our sales department will contact you by email the day where your order is shipped your Colissimo tracking number and your tracking link allowing you to track your package on the site of the French Post on The costs for this option depends of the selected articles.

Express delivery by Chronopost :

This delivery method allows you to receive your package within 24/48 hours maximum thanks to Chronopost. Our sales department will send you by email the day your order is shipped your Chronopost tracking number which will allow you to track your package on the Chronopost website at The costs incurred for this option depend on the item(s) selected.

Please note that the express delivery time is after shipment, and does not include the availability time of any goods that may not be indicated in stock when ordering.

Please also note that we cannot be held responsible for any delay during delivery via the Chronopost network, beyond our control, do not hesitate to inform us immediately if you encounter a real reason for delay on the part of the carrier, we will study to refund you the amount of express delivery charges that would have been charged to you.

Express delivery by DHL Express :

This delivery method allows you to receive your package within 24 hours maximum thanks to DHL Express. Our sales department will send you by email the day your order is shipped your DHL tracking number which will allow you to track your package on the DHL website at The costs incurred for this option depend on the product(s) selected.

Please note that the express delivery time is after shipment, and does not include the availability time of any goods that may not be indicated in stock when ordering.

Please also note that we cannot be held responsible for any delay during delivery via the DHL network, out of our control, Do not hesitate however to inform us immediately if you encounter a real reason for delay on the part of the carrier, we will study to refund you the amount of the express delivery costs that would have been charged to you.

UPS Express Saver delivery :

Exceptional orders over 30kg or can not be mechanized may be delivered in 48/72h with UPS, with their UPS Standard service for a delivery in 48/72h guaranteed, or in express with their UPS Express Saver service for a delivery within 24hrs guaranteed.

Post Export with tracking delivery :

All orders less than 250g too small to be eligible to the minimum Colissimo size can also be sent to the international with the French Post and their Post Export with tracking service.

Delivery times vary according to the carriers and the availability of products in our stocks and at our suppliers. The availability times indicated on the site are only indicative. These are delays generally observed by our suppliers. For exceptional delivery delays of more than 7 days after shipment: we will open an investigation with the carrier concerned to obtain the location of the package. If the goods are found, they will be redirected as soon as possible to your home. Otherwise, and after obtaining the loss report declared by the carrier, we will reship the product(s) or, in the event of definitive unavailability, we will refund you the sums collected according to the terms of these general conditions of sale.

Please note that our logistics department is open from Monday to Friday and is therefore closed on weekends, we are also exceptionally closed on French national holidays. Orders are therefore processed only during our opening hours.

Please also note that our daily order pickup schedule is at 2pm.

Article 8: Receipt of the order

Check (or have the receiving agent check) the apparent condition of the products on delivery. In the presence of an apparent anomaly (damage, missing product compared to the delivery note, damaged package, broken products, etc...) we invite you to report it within 3 clear days. If there is any problem upon receipt, it is essential that you keep the items in the condition in which they were delivered to you (accessories, instructions, packaging and on packaging included). If the products need to be returned, you will submit a return request to Global Audio Store. In the case of a delivery made by the Post Office, if the package arrives open and/or damaged (in particular with the presence of yellow tape "La Poste") you can either accept or refuse it. If you or your representative decides to accept the goods, you must be careful to: enter "handwritten reservations" by having the factor signed next to it and at the same time complete a "anomaly report" (Post Office regulations). Please return this form to us so that we can open an investigation and initiate compensation proceedings, if necessary. If you or your representative refuses the goods, in addition to the "handwritten reservations" to be made, you must ask the carrier to return the package to us, accompanied by a "statement of spoliation" (report 170, keep a copy of this form). In all other cases, for all open and/or damaged packages, make "handwritten reservations" that you will notify on the delivery slip. You have three (3) working days following delivery to notify us.

Article 9: Return of goods

Contact us at our address:, or formulate your request directly online directly in your order, a return number will then be given to you. Some documents related to the package(s) may be requested from you. You must therefore remain in possession of all the elements received (including packaging) until your claims have been completely resolved. When returning products, we recommend that you overwrap the original packaging of your products. We will only take back products returned in their entirety (accessories, warranty card, drivers, manuals, cover, etc...), with their original packaging, all of which must be intact and in good condition with a copy of the invoice. The refund or exchange assumes that you have not used and damaged the product, or returned it incomplete. Otherwise, the cost of reshipping the package will be at your expense. It is your responsibility to declare the value of the product, as it results from the purchase invoice and to ensure full insurance coverage for return risks, in relation to the purchase invoice. Packages travel under your responsibility.

Article 10: Withdrawals

You have a withdrawal period of 30 calendar days to return products that do not suit you. This period runs from the day of receipt of the product at your delivery address, until receipt of the product back in our warehouse.

In the case of a withdrawal request due to non-satisfaction, the return costs are covered by us. You don't have to pay anything; we take care of everything by providing you with a prepaid return label. All you need to do is drop off your properly packaged and protected parcel at the nearest drop-off point. Please note that the coverage of return costs is only valid for all customers within the European Union, excluding overseas territories and departments, and is limited to a maximum volumetric weight of 30 kg per order and one return per order. For other cases, return transportation costs will be borne by the customer.

You can request either a refund of the sums collected or an exchange of an amount equivalent to the sums paid. You are responsible for the return shipping costs. Under applicable intellectual property rules, copiable products, such as software, are subject to personal and specific rights of use regulating copying, public distribution and reproduction. You must therefore comply with the general conditions of sale for the supply of audio or video recordings or software, which stipulate that you must not unseal the packaging before exercising the right of return, as permitted by Article L. 121-20-2 of the Consumer Code.

Your refund will be made via the initial payment method within a maximum of 14 working days after receipt of your return package, the time for logistics and accounting processing, and the necessary checks.

Please note that shipping costs initially paid by the customer will not be refunded as part of a non-standard delivery chosen by the customer when ordering, such as a DHL express delivery or Chronopost whose service has been performed.

The return of products is made under the following conditions :

The product(s) must be returned in its original condition and packaging, and the original packaging must be in as new condition. If the product has been used and shows signs of use or damage, the refund will be reduced by a wear and tear compensation depending on the damage noted during the return, the product being then considered as second-hand, and not resalable as new.

On the other hand, returns of products ordered specifically at the customer's request (whose initial status was "unavailable" or "available only in pre-order" on the site) are not refundable.

As a general rule, any return of a product must be made at the expense of the customer, who takes full responsibility for the proper delivery of the goods to the premises of Global Audio Store. Please note that a prior agreement to return is essential, any package returned without agreement being systematically refused.


Article 11: Guarantees

Manufacturer's warranty :

We invite you to contact our after-sales service immediately or directly at the manufacturer's technical centre nearest you. The products purchased on our site benefit from the manufacturer's warranty (direct warranty coverage by the manufacturer). Manufacturers' warranties are generally two years, parts and labor. In the event of a breakdown during the warranty period, repairs will be carried out free of charge by the national network of centres, stations or technical agencies approved by the manufacturers. You must keep the purchase invoice to benefit from the guarantees. The return shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of Article 9.

Please note that the manufacturer's warranty does not cover so-called wear parts :
- replacement of consumables (examples: batteries, bulbs, fuses, wear and tear on recording or playback heads, strings, pre-amp and power lamps, etc.).
- accessories, speakers, tweeters, faders and crossfaders, cases and covers, except in special cases of factory default.
- abnormal or non-conforming use of the products. In this regard, we invite you to carefully consult the instruction manual provided with your product.
- damage or deterioration due to the intervention of an unauthorized repairer.
- damage resulting from a cause external to the device (e. g. accident, shock, lightning, current fluctuation, temperature and/or humidity variations, etc.).

- Warranty extension to 3 years :

Please note that for any purchase made after July 01, 2019, in addition to the 2-year commercial product warranty offered by the manufacturer, we offer a 3-year warranty extension, which is an additional year offered by our Global-Audio-Store shop. The scope of this extended warranty is exactly the same as for the manufacturer's warranty. Items that already have a manufacturer's warranty of 3 years or more are not affected by this extension, as the manufacturer already offers a superior advantageous warranty.

Legal guarantee of conformity and legal guarantee against hidden defects :

All items acquired on this site benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity, defined by articles L 217-4 to L 217-14 of the Consumer Code, as well as the guarantee against hidden defects, defined by articles 1641 to 1649 of the Civil Code. These warranties apply only to defects already present on the date of delivery of the product.

Actions based on the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects are time-barred after two years from the delivery of the goods sold.

The legal guarantee of conformity is a guarantee against all defects in conformity existing therefore already at the date of delivery of the product, and does not take into account any subsequent breakdowns encountered after receipt of the equipment which they will depend on the manufacturer's guarantee. In the event of lack of conformity or hidden defect discovered, the return costs will be borne by the seller.


Article 12: Taxes and Exports

Orders are invoiced inclusive of all taxes (including VAT). You will only be entitled to a refund of the French VAT corresponding to the product(s) ordered if you meet the conditions required to benefit from a tax exemption. We refuse any request for a tax refund that does not meet the conditions specified by the customs services. Any request related to the tax exemption and/or intra-Community VAT must be made before invoicing the related product or products. For any order outside France please contact us in advance.


Article 13: Legal Notices & Responsibilities

If one or more provisions of these general terms and conditions are held to be invalid or declared invalid pursuant to a law, regulation or following a final decision of a competent court, the other provisions shall retain their full force and scope.

The Seller GLOBAL AUDIO STORE cannot be held responsible for the non-performance of the contract concluded due to the occurrence of an event of force majeure. With respect to the Products purchased, the Seller shall not be liable for any indirect damages hereunder, operating loss, loss of profit, damage or costs, which may arise.

The choice and purchase of a Product or Service is the sole responsibility of the Customer. The total or partial inability to use the Products, in particular because of the incompatibility of the equipment, may not give rise to any compensation, refund or liability on the part of the Seller, except in the case of a proven hidden defect, non-compliance, defect or exercise of the right of withdrawal if applicable, i. e. if the Customer is not a Consumer Customer and the contract concluded to acquire the Product or Service allows withdrawal, in accordance with Article L 221-18 and following of the Consumer Code.

The Customer expressly acknowledges that he/she uses the Site at his/her own risk and under his/her sole responsibility. The Site provides the Customer with information for information purposes only, with imperfections, errors, omissions, inaccuracies and other ambiguities that may exist. In any case, GLOBAL AUDIO STORE cannot be held responsible under any circumstances :

In the event of a dispute, the Client will first contact GLOBAL AUDIO STORE to find an amicable solution. If no amicable resolution is reached, the Commercial Court of Toulouse (31000) will have jurisdiction.
